Wave Bed adjustable bed warranty

Your new WaveBed adjustable bed is covered by a warranty directly from Rotec International, a Canadian pioneer in innovative adjustable beds since 1985.

Full one (1) year warranty : Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this first year, Rotec will replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part. The replacement part will be shipped to the original purchaser at Rotec's expense. The original purchaser will be able to install the replacement part themselves by following the instructions in the user's manual.

Two (2) year warranty – Remote contol and electronic components : Our products are guaranteed for two (2) years from the original date of purchase on the remote control and electronic components. The replacement part will be shipped to the original purchaser at Rotec's expense. The original purchaser will be able to install the replacement part themselves by following the instructions in the user's manual.

Five (5) Year Warranty – Electric Motors : Our products are guaranteed for five (5) years from the date of original purchase on electric motors. The replacement part will be shipped to the original purchaser at Rotec's expense. The original purchaser will be able to install the replacement part themselves by following the instructions in the user's manual.

Twenty-five (25) year warranty – Steel structure : Our products are guaranteed for twenty-five (25) years from the date of original purchase on the steel structure.
